Please note that Parent Teacher Conferences are at the end of this month. We are looking forward to meeting with you on either October 24 or 26. Your child’s teacher will contact you to let you know your specific meeting time.

Thank you to Impact on Education!
We want to thank Impact on Education for granting $11,000 to the 4th and 5th Graders for the Columbine Career Pathways Program! Students from Columbine accepted the Impact on Education check on Columbine’s behalf at the CU Football Game.
Career Pathways is a program where students explore different careers. Students love Career Pathways because they have the opportunity solve real world problems and practice their critical thinking skills.
The seven Career Pathways courses include:
- Service Leadership
- Human Health/CPR/First Aid
- PISEC/Scientific Simulations
- Agriculture/Greenhouse/Garden to Table
- Technology and Coding
- Bike Mechanics
These classes take place in the fall for eight weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays. In the spring, these classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. These classes are free thanks to the generous grant from Impact on Education!
Volunteering and Teacher Wish Lists
Thank you for supporting Columbine students and teachers! If you are interested in volunteering, please stop by the main office to learn about how to get started. Please visit the following website to learn more about how you can volunteer: http://bvsd.org/volunteer/Pages/default.aspx
Another way you can help is by making a purchase for your child’s classroom. Teachers are always so appreciative of support with classroom wish lists. If you are able to help, please look at this link, to check out how you might be able to help!
